Finally why do I care : Lets face it there is boundaries

There is 5 nations where dictators basically sabotaged the resource wars of their countries. 5 Nations with 1 to 3 resources. India:Netherlands:Malaysia:North korea and New Zealand. i count pizzarayne into this mix simply because if your inactive and you know there is a massive event of national importance do you continue your inactivity or make some kind of plan to delegate your duties to someone capable.
