I have complained about if before, and I'll continue to complain about until I cant.
My wellness is at a dismal 8. For one it makes it worse for me to work as m productivity is comparable to a starving kid from ePeru. Secondly, I cant even spread imperialisme and ecapitalism through my beloved eUSA.
Obvisouly I'm not reatarded, and know that I can increase my wellness with nice houses, tasty food, and perhaps a comfortable flight if I would wish to do so. And to be honest, I dont have anything about eating turkey everyday in my palace as my learjet awaits for me to travel to a Q4 hospital somewhere.
The problem however lies in the food prices. Imagine using half of your salary on hotdogs, which is what I have to do with my Q3 salary, for Q3 food. And hotdogs doesent do it enough for my wellness.
Then why on eEarth are the VAT for food on a raging 23% Is there any human rights on erep jet? Honestly.. The vat has to be decreased dramatically, hell removve the entire tax. It is as they say, no taxes are good taxes!

The VAT on food is not the problem. The food industry is the only industry that really affects every single user (everyone buys food). So, the prices of food has a lot to do with the inflation/deflation rates.
Currently, the recommended exchange rate -- which is really just the purchasing power of gold -- is 48.85, which is almost precisely what the rates are. Therefore, changing the VAT tax on food either way will just disrupt the economy\'s delicate balance of stable prices.
I understand your situation, though. As you said, your productivity is extremely low -- I bet you are being overpaid given the amount that you produce now. You might want to consider changing to a Q1 company until you get wellness back up. I\'ll give you some spending money for the time being.

Still I think the VAT and the eceonomy can survive with a substatial cut in the VAT for food.
