In the name of Hailey14 we restart the program of donating!

Our government has found a way to help the newbies and a way to help them grow and get rid of their starvation, Were proud to announce that the eCitizen development Program will be brought back to a full start! All the hungry kittens will be fed! Its a generous offer by the present president that he wishes to restart the Program all in all!

But it just takes more than just a little bit of Money and donation!

What we need is "YOU"! We need help to distribute all the food! Look at these hungry little kittens, do you need something more than this?



The rules of the RT are as follows, we live and serve by this law, Let me explain to you the basic working of the RT!



The structure of eCDP

The team to be divided into three parts, firstly a team that maintains a database that has the names of all the new people who joins the game, a second team that contacts these new members about our plans, a third team that checks on these members and updates about their status on a regular basis.

So there is a website already that helps us to track of all the users into the http://erep.maxihellas.com/citizens/wnewplayers.aspx ,The first team will be responsible to get into a spread sheet (available in Google Doc).

The second team shall send in the message to the added players in the list, The second team shall also be responsible to send in dispatch to the newbie's ( Refer point 3 )

The third team will be the backbone where-in they will check the status of the newbie's and update them in the same Spread sheet about the status of the player (Rank, health, str and so on)



The dispatch structure

300 wellness a day must be provided to the new people every day by the gov, so it will be easier for the newbie's to play and enjoy.

The second team that will be used for the above work,which will maintain a dispatch sheet, when a newbie is added into the spread sheet by the first team, the second team will add them to the dispatch sheet and send a common introductory message to the new player, as soon as the newbie replies to this message within a week, then the player will be dispatched 300 wellness on the day the reply has been give, on receiving the food the newbie must reply a conformation letter stating that he/she has received the dispatch of 300 wellness, failing to do so the player shall be deemed as dead and no further dispatch shall be sent to him/her till there is any further activity by the newbie.

If there is no reply to second team in a week after sending the introductory he/she shall be removed from the dispatch sheet. The gov has agreed to take full responsibility in sending the food to the dispatch officers



We make them learn!

A class of experienced people, who are old and know a lot about the game, must be selected who will write article that can be used in-order to educate the new players about the game.

The project may be given to the MoMC, who will be encouraged to write articles about the game.



Work for the players!

We don't have Indian wars in the game, so how to make them stay on the game? we've got an Idea for it too! Active newbies who have been regular to the chat room must be appointed into the gov, by making the ambassador to a certain country, so that they may be used to develop our relationship with the new countries and which also encourages them into the game

We are Not IU/DPI/Yuuva/Hamturk

We will not involve in the social life of the player, he can choose which ever party he/she wants to join and choose his political Party in brief The retention team must not be involved in the options of the eLife available to the players, such as the MU or the political party that he/she can join.
