The Human Condition shows us we must slaughter our enemies!

Day 713, 07:49 Published in USA USA by WW_III_ANGRY

I think one of the most special relationships in all of human existence
would be that of the love of a mother/father to their child. When I was
growing up it was conveyed multiple times that I would not understand
what this bond or relationship is like until I was one myself. It was
advice that one could not refute and as I became a parent I understood
it entirely and as such would apply this convey this to anyone who is
also not a parent. I am not particularly fond of this conveyance due to
intellecutal concerns of another matter but I would be in awe of anyone
who could understand the profoundness of this relationship among humans
without actually being a parent themselves.. Now, with that being said,
the greatest instance in my life where altruism would be applicable
would be with my daughter, who is 2. There have been no greater
devotion to another human being than what I have had with her and I
don't really see how it could be any greater.. I think most loving
parents would agree and understand.

With that, in every aspect
of the sacrifices I have given for my two year old two date there is
not one iota of a purely altruistic unselfish act that I could give
myself credit to. This is one area where altruism I think would be of
most prevalence if it was pure, (any disagreements here?) yet there are
always benefits to myself in this. While I'm sure many parents would
disagree due to bias, the nobility of the purity of altruism discussed
would be so easy to "wish" to occur due to the intense divide for your
child, however I still find it to be "tainted" for lack of better words
in that it does benefit me. The moral compass is fed when I do just and
right by sacrifcing for my daughter. By doing things not that I want to
do, but what she wants to do. This occurs DAILY. But, ultimately, I
want to do it. Its not so clear cut.. its just that the nobility of
what altruism can be seems to be tainted by the flaws of humanity. Yes,
I consider it part of the flaws of humanity because in the other levels
of what makes humans feel worthy are not so noble.. from mania feeding
endorphins to us to bias making us feel right or just, and beyond.. It
seems to be within our same system of human nature that we already
understand isn't perfect. I would, like many parents, desire to be
altruistic towards her in a wholly pure manner but there is always some
iota of a reward to be had for me for even thinking this.. for the love
of a human being rewards you.. It is reciprocal. This applies towards
those with "unconditional love" towards their fellow humans. Which means, we are not entirely... unselfish. Which means, our actions of love and caring are somewhat selfish. So lets cut the crap and take over the world already, lets not cherry coat the peace propaganda (peace as in peace not PEACE).
