The Hallamer Plan

As I said in this newspaper some days ago in an article written in Catalan, last month I renounced to run for the Presidency because of personal problems, that finally they have become nothing. Now that everything about that has finished and I feel that I have recovered my strenght, I got the pleasure to anounce to our citizens that after thinking a lot and seeing I have got a big part of the people with me, I will run for the highest honour in our next Country President elections.

I truly know that our society demands changes and that we want to overtake the dynamics that is guiding us since some months ago. We want, as it is normal, to be free. Is because of this that I will focus a lot in the Foreign politics part, that is what I consider is the most important thing we can put now the greatest part of our efforts. If I get elected, my ministers and I will do what we can, thinking about strategies and so, to be the first term with ingame Congress of the very last months. Apart from that, our people deserves an alliance to be proud of, and so we will do our best to proporcionate it to eEgypt. Finally, about Foreign Affairs, we will start a plan to create some more ambassadors, that is a thing not so much used in our country nowadays, and can give us good results.

We will focus on that, but we will not give up in other matters. First of all, we will create the National Integration Comitee (NIC) to unite this broken society between Egyptians and Catalans, to build up bridges between our two majoritarian factions and to be able to talk face to face, without misunderstandings provoked by others. Also, we will program some kind of aids for the creation of new newspapers, we will recover the BoE… And we will be always alert to answer any question or worry of one of our citizens, without discriminations. And well, the corruption will be eradicated from all this processes.

If I get elected, I will start the Vital Citizen of the Month, in which will be prized good behaviour and work for the country. I will talk more about that in another article.

So this are some of the proposals that I have been thinking for this month; I will consider more, and some new things will come to my mind in few days, I’m sure. And I also know I’m not saying all in this article, yet that is left for the next articles. I will never impose anything, so if anyone doesn’t like my proposals feel free to tell me how to improve them; we want to debate, to make you participate. Summarizing, if I get elected I will do my best to put eEgypt in the world map and to achieve all the aims I’m proposing here and more that will come. No one will steal nothing with me as President, and all our people will be respected. Because this country deserves that.

Com bé vaig apuntar fa poc, el mes passat vaig retirar-me de la cursa electoral a l'últim moment per motius personals, que han acabat per ser problemes de menor importància del que semblaven. Ara que allò ha acabat i que em sento amb forces, tinc el plaer d'anunciar a la ciutadania que després de pensar-ho prou temps i al veure que tinc gran part del poble al costat, em presento a les pròximes eleccions per a President del nostre país.

Sóc conscient de que la nostra societat demana canvis, i de que vol que la dinàmica que el nostre país està portant des de fa ja masses mesos es redirigeixi. Té la voluntat, com és normal, de ser lliure. És per això que intentaré sobretot actuar en l'àmbit de política exterior, que trobo que és allò més important en que ara ens podem dedicar. Farem el possible, pensant en múltiples factors i estratègies per, finalment, ser la primera legislatura amb un Congrés ingame d'aquests últims mesos. A part d'això, el nostre poble és mereixedor d'una aliança digna, i farem el que sigui per proporcionar-la. Finalment, en matèria d'Exteriors, engegarem un pla per a incentivar la creació d'ambaixadors, una eina massa poc utilitzada, i que si se sap gestionar pot donar bons resultats.

Si bé ens centrarem en això, tampoc descuidarem el país en sí. En primer lloc, crearem el Comitè de Integració Nacional (National Integration Comitee, NIC) per tal d'unir aquesta societat partida entre egipcis i catalans, d'aixecar ponts entre les dues faccions i poder parlar cara a cara, sense intermediaris que puguin jugar al joc del telèfon ni rancúnies infundades sense fonament. També programarem diverses ajudes per a la creació de nova premsa, tornarem a tenir el BoE i, en definitiva, l'orella del meu govern sempre estarà atenta per a donar resposta a qualsevol necessitat que la ciutadania tingui, sense discriminacions de cap mena. A part, la transparència amb la que durem a terme tots aquests processos haurà de ser i serà modèlica.

A més, intentaré iniciar el projecte de Ciutadà Vital del Mes, en el que es premiarà, com bé diu el nom, cada mes a algú per la seva tasca per bé del país; essent sempre gent que no sigui al equip de Govern. Més endevant m'explaiaré sobre aquest tema.

Aquestes doncs són algunes de les propostes que he anat pensant per aquest mes; se m'aniran acudint més, i sóc conscient de que em deixo coses, com anunciar els integrants del meu hipotètic Govern, però seran degudament repartides en altres articles. Mai, però, imposaré res; i és que si algú veu mancançes que en el meu afany de redactar sorgeixen dins les meves propostes, seré el primer en debatre-ho i, entre tots, millorar-ho. En resum, si se m'escull, faré el possible per a tornar a posar a eEgipte al mapamundi; per a que sigui una legislatura recordada, on s'aconsegueixin objectius palpables i de la que el nostre país surti beneficiat. No es tornarà a repetir cap robatori de cap mena i es respectaran al màxim els drets de tot ciutadà, ja que els individualismes quedaran sistemàticament aparcats fora del meu Govern. Aquest país ho mereix.
