EDEN is now in shambles, and Phoenix is unified and beginning a major offensive into enemy held territory. With EDEN weakened from within, Phoenix has an enormous edge in terms of coordination and raw power (as a result of concentrated efforts). All of this comes after months of EDEN dominating the battle field in nearly every engagement following the PEACE GC collapse. The PEACE invasion had unified EDEN to unite in brotherhood to repel the enemy, and used that momentum to push back beyond their natural boundaries when PEACE was weakened. Any of this starting to sound familiar? It should. This exact sequence of events happened about 9 months ago after the fall of ATLANTIS.

This game is cyclical to the point that it is annoying. The next 3 or so months will be marked by numerous Phoenix victories and the loss of a few EDEN/Brolliance nations, putting us on a constant defensive. After about 2 months, Phoenix nations will get cocky and self absorbed, fall into patterns of infighting, and crumble from within, uniting EDEN/Brolliance forces against them. This is the eternal fate of erebuglik, as we all seem utterly incapable of doing anything else. Those who do not learn history are doomed to repeat it, and the people in this game have the worst attention span I have ever seen.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna go to 2-clicking until EDEN stops fighting itself and a few countries get taken over. Call me when you guys get your act together...

wouldn't say they're dominant but they do have the initiative at this point.

They will become dominant. It is inevitable. The same was said in the initial stages of the North American Invasion, and look how that turned out...

the game is really getting repetitive and boring. wish something interesting would happen like eUS and eSerbia making an alliance to destroy ePoland and eSpain or something. That makes the most sense now.
