The First Week at The Farm

Day 2,363, 11:03 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by Ser Fartsalot
Dear citizens of eUK, animals and eSerbs,

The week has passed since I've become the newest member of this great country so I thought it would be the best to introduce myself and make my intentions clear.

Who am I and why eUK?

My previous nickname was Strahinja and I've been an eSerb for more than 3 years, since July 2010. I decided to change my name in order to successfully integrate in your great community. eUK is a class society, so I might as well start from the top, as a Ser(bian) nobility. My new avatar illustrates the seriousness in my future actions to better this country. It also fulfills your people's desire to put their trust into animal lifeforms.

Everyone living in eSerbia knows it becomes tiresome after sometime and quite boring for social interaction. I was a two-clicker for two years and desperate to change my gaming experience from reading "patriotic" rubbish and voting random people... to something fun. Being fluent in Serbian and English language and liking underdogs made the decision easier for me. I used the fact that there are some people in your Congress who have a fetish for anything eSerbian. So I became a Ser and the game finally changed for better.

My first impressions

You guys are witty, cynical, passionate in your hate for each other and for yourselves, yet patient for those who don't pose any threat and who you feel could be stomped at any time. You're phlegmatic at times but only when you cannot decide who you hate more... To describe you in two words: amazingly fun. Seriously now, I love you.

I earned my first RW medal just a day after becoming an eUK citizen. By investing half of the damage I dealt for eSerbia in one year, I helped good people of South West England free themselves from foreign scum. It made me feel proud of my new country and optimistic about its future.

The farm

Politics in eUK resembles Animal Farm in more than just people having animal names and photos. People here really do fight for everyone to become equal, and some more equal than the others. After overthrowing the animal abuser, Farmer Dappers, pigs, helped with their attack dog called Wayne, seem poised to finally get things in normal.

Farmer Dappers tried creating a critter farm by using cheap imports from Serbia, but the pigs were not ready to lose their political status. Now, new rules are being written and everyone will become equal as the pigs are leading the charge and critters are running amok while relentlessly shagging in the woods trying to produce more offspring and increase their chances.

The sheep, which present the biggest chunk of animal population, are also awaken and help their new masters pave the way to a centralized, oligarchic system. Mostly driven by their desire to just live another day and get some scrums of food here and there, sheep are kept satisfied with divisive texts and big words that pigs borrowed from old books in Farmer Dapper's house.

Not to take anymore of your precious time, I'll stop with the farm talk here and add that the political situation in eUK is so inspiring that it made me write an article after 3 years of silence (sorry for the poor editing and absence of photos).

My intentions and future

I haven't played this game for more than 3 years to become someone's tool in a political battle. No one controls me and I control no one, just playing it for my own amusement and ruining someone's hard work and country is not amusing for me. This is evident from my previous political (non)engagement. I joined the BSU to see what it's all about and people there claim that there is no threat from PTO. They say that they wish to stay here and make it a better place. They are tired from eSerbia and the mafioso parties that run it. I don't know if it is true but even if the supposed PTO fails, I'm not going anywhere. This is my country now and will do my best to help it get stronger in every way possible.

Be well and have fun,

Ser Fartsalot
