Since I can not get loans from the government I will be creating my own form of raising money to do what I want to do for Estonia. A Weapon Company target right now is Q2. It would help if someone buys my Q1 Grain Company.

1 Ticket is 1 EEK. Donate the EEK to me. You can buy multiple tickets max 5. When you buy a ticket post a comment with a number from 1-40. The number will be generated from www.random.org. If no winner is chosen you will be giving 80% of what you paid for. The winner will receive 80% of all the money collected in the lottery.If there are multiple winners 80% of the money will be divided to the people who won. When the time of buying tickets is over I will comment the article saying buying is closed and the number will be picked from the website above. Thank You.
