Phoenix, Entente and neutral countries,

In the past few days some things happened. I will try to review it. And will present you the re-organization of the Phoenix Alliance.

Imposters

Seriously ignore the organization Phoenix Tank Fund They are just trying to fool you and to mock your intelligence. This fake Phoenix Organization is collecting gold and using it against Phoenix.

This goes against the eRepublik laws which state "Properties obtained by an organization through an illegal or unjust method will be impounded".




Europe - eFrance

We failed to defend eFrance in Upper Normandy and were overpowered by Eden forces during a double attack on Brazil and France.

You win some,
you lose some
but nothing lasts forever…

It´s something I learnt long ago and it´s something you should never forget. As long as you have friends you'll never walk alone. I, as SG of Phoenix, am really sorry for the French people and can understand your situation because eBulgaria, eGermany and eSlovenia have been in a similar situations, but you should know through cooperation, we solved the problems. For weeks now I’ve been in constant contact with your Government and we've been working together. I promise to eFrance that Phoenix will not rest until we put you back on the map.


Europe - eUK

It is a fact that we are still doing some training maneuvers with Eden in the eUK but they cannot hold us down forever. eUK is already waiting to get out of the grip and eUSA will suffer by the wrath of eUK and Phoenix. For now however, we are all enjoying the training wars.

Note: Right now eUSA and ePoland are raising Gold to tank in eUK. This seems for me like a last try to finish it because they are running out of gold. Let´s beat them up in eUK.

So what can you do as citizens? It´s easy:

1. If you are able to move, move to London and raise the wall and prepare for the party in London.

2. If you want to help Phoenix with tanking, donate gold to Phoenix Headquarter and our mighty tanks will make Eden feel at home. In perspective, if every citizen were to donate 1 gold we would raise more than 40,000 gold.

Europe - eTürkiye

I know that you lost your Capital while we were trying to regain North of Brazil but I assure you that it´s only a temporary loss. Phoenix will help you to get your lost regions back.


Europe - eAustria

Yesterday we learnt following lesson from Eden.

"Small, weak, neutral, we don´t care we will attack them if they are in our way."

This pretty much describes Eden.

Austria, I assure you that Phoenix will help you to get your regions back and push Croatia into their own borders back. Phoenix as alliance cannot and will not tolerate ongoing attacks on neutral countries that never showed any aggressions towards Eden.


South America - eBrazil

Next step South America. Yes Poland won in North Brazil, but there are many strategies and steps that can be taken towards our victory.

It's time you realised victory is far from your grasp, and you need to take plan B. In our case we believed in our Alliance, our populations and our armies working together have shown that difficult times we can pull off anything. And hell yes, we won. We overpowered Eden troops in Peru and we weren´t even finished with our damage. Now Peru has lost the polish MPP against Brazil and has a lot of MPPs against them. Oh yeah not to forget the swapping costs through Spain and the wasted gold on the North of Brazil attack.

I want to thank all countries for doing a great job in North of Brazil. All countries sent what they were able to send even populations and did an awesome job! But I want to send a special thanks to romool, uncleded and the russian congress that granted us last second an extra amount of gold for tanking. And I also want to thank eUK and ePortugal for the weapons.

Asia - eIran

The last article lead to some misunderstandings and I wanted to clear them. I know really well your current RL situation and I am never demanding anything from the countries they cannot fulfill. In the fight for North Brazil I was really happy to see eIran fighting alongside of us and supporting our efforts.

The article was intended to address issues brought to the HQ by a few eIranians. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.

I really hope to see the raise of a strong and glorious eIran for the future!


Phoenix Re-Organization

Last but not least I want to announce the re-organization of Phoenix for the administration.

What does this mean and what is the purpose?


1. Divisions and Deputy SGs
It´s easy we need to get a higher organization and integration into the alliance. I want to raise the communication between the nations and the alliance leaders. Their tasks will be various from diplomatic talks to military reminders. This is the reason why I grouped the alliance into divisions that will get their own deputy SG and with it a contact person. The new structure is as following:

2. Treasurer and CeCE
Many countries can quickly boom, lose or gain resources, lose population or suddenly find themselves in a war. When this happens it is often necessary to completely reorganize an economy, have extensive government intervention and so on. PHX isn't a charity, and so we expect member countries to adapt to support the alliance as much as possible and make their payments in time. That the reason why it might be helpful if older ex-MoF's and financial experts form a kind of floating team that countries can come to for an advice. It might also help if the team could watch economies and actually go and talk to countries that are clearly having problems. The Treasurer is watching our economies for some time now and we want to use this for the benefit of the alliance. We established a discussion area and a team around our

The discussion area and the channel for MoFs and MoEs will be announced to the country presidents. This is also where the countries will get advices and/or reminded of economical problems.

3. SC Command structure
The last point will be short this time. No one can be online for 24 hours. I decided to place 1 SC and 2 Deputies that have to be available over the day. Our SC remains unchanged BattalGazi .

We recently started the Media Mogul Phoenix Project. The first round is about to be finished and another round will be started soon. In the future we will organize the continuation of this project and I will appoint a team for the organization. Until than please be patient and wait for the upcoming appointment.
