The Federalist Party Proposes Party Training Divisions

Day 642, 11:01 Published in USA USA by St Krems

Since this war broke out, The Federalist Party has been committed to driving members to the military and informing them about all options to serve the eUS. Unfortunately, this enlistment drive has resulted in quite a bit of frustration as new recruits fall through the cracks of the National Guard Training Division. We feel it is critically important that new citizens receive all necessary information and training in a quick and effective manner, and our military is simply overwhelmed by the influx in membership. To help bear some of the burden in educating and preparing citizens to fight, we propose party organizations share this responsibility. Parties are already structured to keep in regular contact with their members and can provide a more personal training experience while directly educating them about the mechanics of fighting and battle.

We do not seek to replace the National Guard Training Division, but rather supplement their efforts using the existing national resources found among political parties. The Federalist Party has established a communication system similar to that of the military, using an echo method through districts and precincts. Adapting this system for battle mechanics education is simple, and the party is already in the process of setting up this organization and drafting training materials. Our materials are based on the materials given to recruits in the NGTD, but the program is shortened to 2 weeks. This training will initiate members not only in how to fight for our country and keep wellness high but also on how to use the off-game resources such as IRC. While party training divisions can function without the support of the eUS government or the military as they require no funding, for the sake of unity and cohesion, we urge the Emerick Administration to support this endeavor and get military leaders involved in the organization and implementation of these party programs.
