The eUS Military: The First Step to a Worthwhile Erepublik Experience

The eUS has one of, if not the, most well organized and fluid militaries in the New World. It is home to many of the citizens of this country and is for many the stepping stone into the eRepublik community and the path to fame in the New World.

Why should you join the eUS military?

Reason #1: Engaging Community
Not only is the military the first of many steps taken along the road to greatness, (face it, we all want that superstar status), it allows you to meet and converse with many other members of the eUS community. You can receive advice from some of the “old hands” on how to rise to power, or you could have a friendly pow-wow with some of your fellow soldiers. Either way, it’s a win-win situation, allowing you to form relationships with your eUS comrades.

Reason #2: Structure and Organization
There are those of us who play eRepublik that look for a bit more structure in their life, and the eUS military offers that to you. From the very beginning of joining the eUS Training Corps, you are put into a platoon, and just like that, you are an integral part of the military machine. The eUS military command sets out the daily orders, and bam, you’re already contributing to the eUS’ boundless success in the New World. With hard work and dedication, you can rise through the ranks and come to command your own platoon, or become the quartermaster of your branch, either way, it’s up to you.

Reason #3: Great Starting Point for a Political Career
For those of you who have yet to join the eUS military but are planning run for Congress or Party President, the military is a great way to build a foundation for political success. During you’re time here, you’ll be able to prove worth among the citizens of the eUS as a hard worker and a team player. While actively espousing your political beliefs is not allowed, those that come into contact with you in the eUS military, and see your dedication to building up America will more then likely remember that as they vote for you as our next Country President.

The eUS military is always welcoming of new recruits who are ready to work and contribute to the success of this great land (I mean heck, they accepted me, they’ll probably accept you to). Feeling like you want to get some experience before you make the jump to United States soldier, then see if there is a party with a militia that you’d want to apply for, such as the Federalist Party’s Easy Company Militia.

Don’t think you’re ready for all of that, it’s okay, there are plenty of other opportunities for you to pitch in, such as joining the Pony Express or becoming a mentor, either way you’re helping the eUS become even more dominant!
