Have the London Regional Council lost their minds?
Quite possibly, since this week they are giving away a Q1 house for the measly sum of 5GBP!
No catch, no small print, just a good old fashioned English raffle.
There are 50 numbers, you choose 2, and then pay 5 GBP. Once all tickets are sold a random number will be drawn and the holder of that number will win the house. Simple as that!
