The eUK and how the eDoomsday will affect us

Hello everyone, Kevy Kev Kev Junior Shabado here. Today I’m going to be doing something a little different. With the news that we will be suffering a massive decline in citizens in less than a month due to the Admins giving everyone in the process of dying 100 wellness at the start of Version 2, I have decided to analyze the effect on our population and our politics.
To my international viewers; I will be publishing another “Focus on:” article very soon and maybe if you can convince me I can do one of these articles for your ecountry. 😛
This article is going to be less me analyzing stats and more you making your own assumptions. Feel free to comment about it below. 🙂
Population
So lets first look at the population of the eUK over the last few weeks. (Numbers taken from my previous articles) As Always click the image to see a bigger version of it. 🙂
Now, it’s very interesting. This is the last month in the eUK. Notice how it fluctuates a lot because we have been invaded. We’ve now stabilized for now and although we still do not have all of our regions back.
Future of our population
I’ve been monitoring the “New Citizens” in the new world and we’ve managed to gain between 10-50 citizens everyday since version 2. This is pretty poor even for us, however, all over the eWorld it is similar. Only a few countries seem to escape this rule (Countries such as Brazil and Spain). At the moment it looks as if we will take a huge hit. Below are my calculations. Feel free to make your own assumptions on how it will affect our economy.
As you can see we will lose about 2087 citizens on that day, this is over 33% of our current population which is very alarming. We also have 221 citizens over 40 wellness and currently dying. This doesn’t look good for the eUK. I have estimated that with 25 new citizens a day we will gain 525 up until the “Doomsday” which would give us a final population of 3890 brining the final “Change to a loss of 1783 citizens. For a country such as the eUK which is very small this is a significant chunk of citizens.
Political Parties
As I’m Party President of the Unity Party (I Like saying that a lot) I thought it would be sensible to show the effects of what will happen on our top 5 parties. I have put this information in a graph so it’s easier to view.
Please remember that these figures don’t include new citizens joining. I think this information shows that each party will lose a lot of their members. Obviously with The Unity Party being the biggest it will take the biggest hit. The gap between the top two is about 235 down from 300. Still a big gap, but it makes UKRP a lot closer to TUP’s #1 Spot (of Course as PP I will be trying my best to increase the amount of members we have 😉
). I think the most interesting stat from this graph is that the gap between second and third; UKRP and PCP has reduced to 96. Could this mean a one-two for UK left in the future? Only time will tell.

Just like the original 11th century book, great job.
This confirms what many have been saying, especially from other parties, that the old paradigm of 2 clicker herding could well be over.
We need to focus on the living, breathing, interactive community, and try and make our time as fun and engaging as possible. For this is the only true way that we will build a better and stronger eUK.
I'm not sure that there will be a significant impact on the economy - the people who are going to die come doomsday are generally unemployed and inactive citizens, not two clickers, but no-clickers.
I appreciate that the numbers in parties will change but this will surely be much more superficial, with little or no impact on anything but the impressions that new players have and the ego's of people who care.
What is more important is can we keep people employed efficiently and effectively in our economy (protip at the moment, no we can't) and will new players and two clickers convert to being useful in any way in the new economy and military...
with so much of the country dying, and such a bad-off economy, we are going to have to start downsizing (only 3-4 MPPs). We have already been overtaken by France, Germany, Bulgaria and others, and may soon shrink further.
I will be nteresting to examine the effects of V2 on new citizens. I suspect that many new players will find the complexity (and somewhat abstract nature) of V2 a little difficult to fathom - and this is likely to have a knock on effect on retention.
