My fellow citizens,

During my 6 terms in Congress and 3 Terms as Party President of the United States Workers Party, I have watched in disappointment as time and again solid solutions, programs and strategies to strengthen our nation, and those of our allies, are emasculated by political divisions and lack of teamwork. Some time ago, I resolved to develop a better and more inclusive solution to the challenges our nation, and our allies, faces both internally and externally…the result of which is eNOVA.

eNOVA Organizational Charter

eNOVA is a coalition of eRepublik players that are dedicated to the idea of member nation achievement, new player development, and innovative solutions in eRepublik. We believe that true success in eRepublik can only be realized through teamwork, organization and a commitment to a shared mission:

All players in eRepublik that are willing to contribute time and effort to increase the quality of the game through their engagement, participation and respect for fellow players have earned the opportunity to receive the guidance and mentoring as necessary to increase their satisfaction and enjoyment in eRepublik game play. As players in eRepublik become more experienced and achieve increased levels of status, they earn the opportunity to mentor and support new and less experienced players toward eRepublik success. Individual enjoyment of eRepublik should never be contingent upon national allegiance or political party.

All players that select to participate in, and contribute effort to, eNOVA should receive fair compensation for their efforts in the completion of eNOVA Initiated Projects whether through the accumulation of local currencies, eRepublik gold, manufactured products, experience or in-game medals. The development of eNOVA Project objectives and rewards system should always be focused toward the realization of our founding mission.

All member nations, once approved by a majority of the eNOVA voting membership, have the inalienable right to national sovereignty and self-determination. On behalf of member nations, eNOVA will exhaust all possible organizational resources to preserve those rights by whatever political, economic or military means necessary.

eNOVA Projects and Funding

eNOVA Projects fall into several categories:

Domestic Projects including mentoring, wellness, organization and commercial support.

Political Projects including counter-PTO efforts, Foreign Political Intervention, Public Information Campaigns (including eNOVA endorsements) and Communications.

Military Projects including logistical support and military intervention in the form of initiating Resistance Wars, participating in battles and military support of member state wars.

Diplomatic Projects including services as an disinterested intermediary and negotiator between member states and non-member states.

eNOVA receives project funding through membership fees, public donations, business sponsorships, member state fees, contracted project costs and eNOVA commercial endeavors. In turn funding is distributed to our members through a project completion reward system to compensate project tem members for their contributions and engagement. In addition, the eNOVA Futures program, which is a free service to new eRepublik players that are citizens of our member states, compensates trained mentors for successfully guiding new eRepublik players through the first few weeks of their eRepublik lives.

eNOVA Membership

While eNOVA is committed to completing all initiated projects within the requirements of the eRepublik Terms of Service and Rules, eNOVA is established as a rigorously amoral entity in that our efforts are solely focused on project completion on behalf of our clients, partners and members. Member participation in any project is entirely voluntary and compensated only at the successful completion of a project.

eNOVA is specifically designed to as a complementary opportunity for members of all vocations. Since eNOVA is rigorously non-partisan, member state party affiliation is not a barrier to participation. Since eNOVA is a non-governmental organization, members of the member state military are welcome to participate. Since eNOVA is an organization ancillary to eRepublik, experience level is not a barrier to participation. While as membership is as inclusive as possible, participation in eNOVA military projects is prohibited to members of the active military of member states…as part of our partnership with our member states eNOVA is designed to complement the existing political, governmental and military entities not usurp or weaken them (this rule only applies to our member states, all non-member states are subject to all forms of intervention at the discretion of the eNOVA Council and facilitated through funded projects).

Membership in eNOVA is accomplished through an application and vetting process with the following membership fee structure:

General Membership: 5 gold upon application acceptance (after the eNOVA Free Membership Drive ending midnight eRep Time 7/31/09)

Futures Program Membership: 2 gold upon reaching XP Level 6 through mentoring.

Member State Membership: Negotiable (Base: 200 Gold). Basic membership entitles member nations to the Futures Program, Dedicated Forum Area and standard national sovereignty package including but not limited to Hostile PTO Defense, Military Defense and Domestic Commerce Support. Specialized Projects are funded by the Member State as needed. (The eUnited States of America is a charter member state of eNOVA as our host nation.)

While all of this may sound complex at first reading, it is critical in your determination of whether to apply for membership to understand the basic elements of participation.

1. Visit the eNOVA Forum and review the public forums.
2. Apply for eNOVA membership.
3. If accepted, pay the membership dues required (Starting 8/1/09)
