The Emperor of Erep: Part 1 of the Trilogy

This is my first try at a story article, so here we go...

We zoom in on a young man just starting out in the game. He is a strong willed player, who knows one day, he will ascend the game, and become greater than erep himself. You can tell, even as a n00b, he has a certain swagger about him. He looks at the screen, and it clicks. He knows what the eUS needs.

This isn't lost among the elites either. They are split between the people who want him to wait his turn, and those who want him to be in power now. Despite a conflict that almost turned into a full out civil war, the impossible happened. After only 2 months, he was the POTUS.

People were shocked by this. How could he ascend so quickly? There were many articles against him, which were taken down seemingly instantly their posting. It almost seemed that so many people were against his coming to power, he could not have even won. But his supporters were accredited Americans, and his haters, trolls, so life went on as usual.


After two weeks, he made a radical proposal to his congress. He wanted to align the US with Serbia. He claimed that if they worked together, they could take on the rest of the world, and cut their losses with weak allies.

Most congress members thought it was simply his new player ways, and not knowing the serious hatred between the enemies. So it was shot down by congress. However, the next day, he proposed it anyway, in-game. He said it was on his terms to decide. Congress was shocked.

Mass pm's were sent out to all congressman, saying vote no. But the yes votes just kept piling up. After it was said and done, the Yes defeated the no by 3 votes.

This sparked mass outrage for many in the public eye, and some in private. One congressman held a private poll via pm. 90% of congressman returned. The math added up that there was no possible way the law passed.

He posted an article with his findings right away, and said this president was clearly a multi put in power, or some kind of supernatural player. His article got 200 votes in an hour. After that hour, the article was not only gone, but so was the congressman. He was permabanned from the game.


Outraged, he went to check the reason and file an appeal. He saw a reason liste😛 you fool. He knew that was not right. Something was seriously wrong. He went to file the appeal, and saw this.

This was no way for admins to handle things. He did appeal. He ran for IRC as fast as he could. When he got there, he found another congressman was permabanned at the time he filed the appeal. They knew they had not voted someone, but something. As they logged into the congress channel, two computers shut down, and were not able to turn on. No matter what was done, neither would turn on. They had lost all connection to erep.

This had become more than erep.
