The eGT: CP Entry: "Gold For Money: The Shocking Truth"

Gold is the universal currency in eRepublik. Gold can be used to purchase companies, start newspapers, or be exchanged for local currency. To state the obvious, Gold can be purchased using real life currencies.
The purchasing of gold for money provides the game designers with capital they can spend on important things to make the game better. Furthermore, it allows new players to acquire the necessary funds to start businesses which would otherwise have taken a lot longer.
Some would argue that buying gold in the game using money earned outside of the game interferes with the whole "eLife" aspect of eRepublik.
These people are probably right.
However, if they didn't have the money from players buying gold, they'd be forced to sell ad space.
Is that what you want?

1) Grammar: 4/5 – Not bad at all. I’ll overlook the use of ‘K’ for okay and a lower case ‘I’ because it’s funny.
2) Persuasiveness/Veracity/Humorous Appeal: 8/10 – Pointing out the contradictory nature of purchasing gold with real money makes for a sound argument.
3) Creativeness/Originality: 7.5/10 – In the end you kept it light-hearted which was a nice contrast to the first part of the article.
