2013 February do you remember this date? For sure, erep labs doesn't.
What happened back then? The erep got a lot complaints so they find out how to calm us down.
They put this picture on the facebook:

Almost 2 years... and it's still crap




From the e-mail they send us there is a link, which counts how much of us clicked on it and it used to give us guerilla items.
And ofc not much times we got it actually. So we sent them tickets.
In 2013 July they told me this: "We will fix this soon."
6 MONTHS expired this FAKE popup is still there, and still SCAM us!
What the hell mean "soon" in their dictionary?


Also 2013 February they introduced the new world map and it's still in BETA phase, almost 2 years..
So as the support center is in BETA phase since forever..
They don't even care to remove 4 characters...


And the best thing when they make a 7-10 days event full of bugs and they don't even care to fix them or give us compensation after it.
For example, now the Sugar Rush the needed energy calculator is bugged as hell, I told them on the 1st day. The next day they responde😛
"Unfortunately due to several issues we were not able to reply to your ticket sooner as the process has been delayed.
We kindly ask you to tell us if the issues you are speaking about have been solved or not."
What the hell they think, it's gonna solve itself without changing the code or what?... And ofc no other response after this and today is the last day of this event.

But if we would write ticket about that we couldn't give them our money (like with buying packs / gold or soemthing) they would solve it immediatly.

This greedy team, they don't care anything, as long as they get their money from us -.-

Oh and almost forget the CSRF attack detected bullshit, they have no clue how to fix it..
Because it would be not easy to expand the session if the player hit characters while writing an article.
Nah, because they have to program new code and it's exhausting.. but they demand our money... for what?.. Ridiculous

And ofc there are so much things else, but this article long enough I think 😉
