The die has been cast [eNew Zealand edition]

Day 1,108, 03:50 Published in New Zealand Slovenia by Don KronoX

The doors we open and close each day decide the lives we live. Over the past few days I was in a dilemma whether to run for president or not. Last month we decided to support a common presidential candidate – Calbe. Last month was not exactly heavenly, but I still think we have quite successfully passed the first month of living together. This month there were no discussions on a common candidate, so I decided to run for office. As Napoleon said »Nothing is more difficult, and therefore more precious, than to be able to decide« it is my pleasure to run for president. As a former president, minister of finance and a party president I have a lot of experience running the country and community.

I will not bore you with a long and extensive program, as most things are already clear and established. I will focus only on certain points that were the cause of disagreement between us in the past and the things that can take us to a better future. I am representative of Slovenian community in New Zealand. I DO NOT represent Serbian community, although I am asked sometimes to represent them in talks.

Future of New Zealand I support independent and neutral New Zealand. Although I am a pro Phoenix fighter I have NO ISSUES with New Zealand being neutral. I will not force it in alliance with Phoenix. The future of New Zealand lies in strong economy based on exporting RAW materials. It is not threat to any other country and it should not be used to conquer new territories, except to swap regions with other countries to boost economy. New Zealand should be safe haven for those how wish to excel in economic fields.

MPP`s MPP`s are important for economy and progress of players. I hope to sign UP TO 4 MPP`s with a countries that are involved in many active wars, so I can provide a variety of wars. I am not a fan of training wars (purely based on costs), because they are expensive and should be used as a last result.

Role of the government of New Zealand should be simple. Provide safety for people (neutral global position), a good education program (tutorials, mentors, etc.) and a good economic platform for local business with reasonable taxation.

Foreign policy as a neutral country is clear. No interference in wars between alliances (no support given to either side), only a “training” MPP`s for general public and no swap-ing regions with other countries for their benefit (only if New Zealand wishes to swap regions for economic gain).

Stable local monetary market is the first step to good and strong economy. That means that we have to stabilize NZD currency at fixed rate and provide enough currency so the exchange rate doesn’t fluctuate.

At the end I would like to assure to New Zealand community that I will NOT support any "looting" and "plundering" of New Zealand, especially the transfer of state money to foreign countries. That said I also expect a full cooperation of New Zealand`s Reserve bank to provide enough founds.
