The Czech Republic Plan

The Czech Republic is in need of a plan. I have the plan that can save this country, create it into a superpower country, that can rival others in europe. This nation lacks a Q5 hospital, so XP seems as if it is moving in slow motion.
For those of you who don't know me, I am S-Mac31. A hail from the eUSA, and wish to help the Czech people. I have workers lined up ready to get started on call. We are planning on building this conutry a Q5 hospital. We are not going to charge your country a dime, although donations would be greatly appreciated.
Many of you are thinking...why? Sound suspicous to you? We do have our reasons. The eUSA needs an ally, you guys need a hospital. ONce you have a hospital, we can help yo guys create a babyboom, and you could be a crutial V2 country for our survival. Another reason is that we here in the eUSA hate PTO's. Your country is constantly PTO'd, and we'd like to put a stop to that.

Also, my and my guys arent bad people, we want to help out over here. So please give me citizenship, shout this to other czechs, and vote it up so other czechs know the plan.

In ur citizen apllication u have told that u hate American evil politic. .when u send me message u have told that your gouverment will help us and buy a hospital(and they are evil?!) . .here u say that American gouverment hate PT-o(and they are evil?!) . . .and how player lvl 17 (without any influance) can collect enough money for Q5 hospital. . . .as my good friend would say this is fishy as hell ! ! !
To answer all questions: The government intended this as a private op, just the congrressmen in on it. After my request was sent, it was changed to public after many requests for an article.

Q5 company has not been bought yet, waiting on money from USA gov.
This will work by me and some people sent by the eUS coming in, building a hospital for you guys, and helping in any other possible way. IN this case, the angel is in the detials 🙂

As previously stated, it was an intended private top that would not leave the highesrt levels of the governments. But because we didn't want to seem fishy (that failed1 😛), it was made public. And as a level 18, I have influence. Leading APF member, two congress runs, Lieutinent in a militia, and successful business owner, who is friernds with former APF president, and has talked to and interviewed the eUSA president on numerous occiasions. I have far from little influence my friend.
The money would come from the eUSA government.
I was president of party too,i had 5-6 runs for congress,i am playing this game more than year . . . .and I am still sticking to my fail. . .fishy fishy . . .if your president or mofa confirm this i will shut up until that nope. . .
Guys, if USA government wants to help us they can help us in better and more friendly, ussual way. Bringing 20+ workers who demand Czech citizenship before they start building it, without notice of how and when you will get 500gold for creation of q5 company is a little too much for me.
And besides that, first direct me to people in US government who support this to get confirmation of that desire.
I have to say you. you really love this country. I know you do not like me, but since I know I'm not lying, I have to say, I have the utmost respect for you. You're not going to let anything happen, and niether will I. Once I am validated, I really look forward to working with you

i'd like to know what the eUS gets out of this and what you get out of this. And i must say i am suspicious but as long as they confirm it and you don't try coming here a joining a party let alone run for president or something i'm fine with it....
