The Corn Conspiracy
Jasper Ferguson
To all of those who questioned the reasoning behind the minimum wage increase that I proposed early this morning, I can now respond. While this is merely just another lulz proposal in Congress on the surface, in this case it actually performed another function. It was requested that a proposal be made to push the notification of the Congressional vote on the new Q5 Hospital in Kansas off of the front page of the news section of eRep. I fully understood that this would not be received by those that did not understand the reasoning "warmly". I proposed it because it was the right thing to do, in order to keep this proposal quiet until the official announcement was released.

Thank you to everyone who was concerned, I appreciate the fact that you are so passionate about the welfare of our country and I wish you all a happy 4th of July.

Surprised nobody noticed it. >.>
I really don't see why we had to keep it quiet until the official announcement but ok.
WTF? So you're against raising the min. wage and adding Q5 hospitals?? Thanks for helping out the little guy.
You've misunderstood. Minimum wage will not be raised, because businesses already lose money on skill 0 workers. The proposal was made to keep the Q5 hospital off the front page news. Not so that it would have any difficulty passing, but to keep it from being major news, until the official press announcement. The new Q5 hospital is passing Congress 44 - 0 at the present time.
