The Canadian National Defense is Born

First, Congratulations to Braham for his recent Presidential election and second thank you Braham for electing me Minister of Defense.

After being appointed Minister of Defense (I'm Det John Kimble for those of you who don’t know) I decided it was appropriate to create the Canadian National Defense system (CND). The CND will serve two functions: One to organize and create a defensive scheme for Canada. Canada’s first line of defense will be made up of congressmen and mayors. This is because neither can leave the country for offensive purposes. Further, Mayors and congressmen tend to be active players with a high strength skill which is essential for a strong defense. However, this does not mean only congressmen and mayors will be part of the defensive scheme, there will be a secondary line of soldiers stationed near a hospital who will back up the first line.

Further, I will like to appoint Dascoo as my Deputy Minister. During the war he proved that he was an active dedicated user on which Canada can rely upon. Dascoo will assist me with all things Military.

The CND's second purpose is to create a group of Mercenaries. This group will be guns for hirer that country can purchase for defensive needs. Further, if Canada has any mpps signed, this group of mercenaries will be sent in to combat, should Canada’s allies come under attack. I am hoping Dascoo would like to organize and maintain this group.

I have a few other ideas as well, but a certain president seems to be captivated by our media so I will post them on our forms, I cannot share all of my secrets and tricks .
