The Big One

Day 704, 00:31 Published in Switzerland Switzerland by Eleriel

Good Morning eSwitzerland !

This is the big one. The one you’ve all been waiting for. The one most of you have harassed me to publish for the better part of the week. The official list of congress candidates. The candidates that I ask you to vote for, in order to avoid any PTO attempt are the following:

- JNArno
- Renouille
- Himgadril
- Wazamaza
- Trukork
- Pascal Couchepin
- Danihellpt
- Ilestis
- F4ucon
- Biday

Now, let me stress another important point: if you are not on the list, it does NOT mean I consider you to be trying to PTO eSwitzerland. I have a large number of good friends, and trusted people who have helped in many ways who are not on the list. I simply want to say that if we are to avoid a PTO, we must unite our forces, and fight against a common enemy.

In this respect, I have come up with an idea to ensure a democratic system, and one which I believe will satisfy most people. As most of you know by now, we have a forum, and this forum has a dedicated Congressman area, where only Congressmen have access to, and only they can post and read there. This will be where laws are discussed and voted before they are voted on eRep.

Who cares? Well this leads to my proposition. In order to help democracy flourish in our country, as well as shielding us from a PTO, I suggest the following:

Any Party President who officially supports the official candidates, and makes his party vote for them will be allowed to have congressmen on the forum.
But to do so, several conditions must be met:
- The Party President must officially state that he supports us
- No member of that party must get into the IG congress
- There are very few votes for the members of that party represented for congress.

If those conditions are met, then the PP may nominate up to 3 candidates (depending on the size of their party, and the amount of cooperation) which will be granted congressmen privileges on the forum. This also means that they will be granted the right to vote on preliminary decisions made on the forum, just like the official congressmen. Hence allowing every party to have their say in any decisions made by congress.

The only exception to this will be the initial batch of tax lowering which have already been decided on, but I’m sure everyone agrees that they need to go down a lot anyway.

So here goes, this is the chance for people who want to help, and prove themselves. It will also draw a clear line between those who are here to help, and who will therefore be rewarded accordingly, and those who are here to harm us.

So far, the parties that have pledged their support and therefore fulfil the first requirement are:

- Union of The Militant
- Swiss Elite Party
