Donate it to the DAL Charity!
The DAL charity is the only party-operated charity in Canada. Through it, members of the Democratic Action League donate funds and supply items and advice to new players trying to make a life for themselves in erepublik.
The DAL charity is a team effort, run not just by one member, but by an entire party. Derek Harland and I do the actual donating, but using the DAL forums, any party member who wants to is able to help out through outreach, donations, and administration.
And if you choose the DAL charity you can be sure that your money will be put to good use. A detailed record of financial transactions of the charity is posted on the DAL forums, and all donations too and from the charity are logged and double checked. No money enters the charity for any other purpose then helping new players.
Here's how a typical donation works:
1) Through contacting one of the DAL members, or by messaging the organization directly, a new player requests a donation. In addition, sometimes our members contact them first, asking if they have any questions or need any money. We typically search for new players with lower wellness.
2) The request is posted in a thread on the DAL forums where it is approved by either the party president or vice president. The approval process includes making sure the recipient is Canadian, requires help, and is not a rule breaker (such as a multi)
3) The funds are donated from the charity to the recipient, and the transaction is logged on the forums
4) A follow-up PM is sent, asking if the recipient has any more questions or requires any more advice
To date, the DAL Charity has helped dozens of new players at the start of their eLives. It provides a valuable service that is all too lacking in our society.
