To my loyal employees,

First, I am very pleased to announce our restructuring efforts are 50% complete to my ideal goal of sustaining full loads of employees at our factories. That is up around 15% in just this past month. That is all thanks to you guys.

Worker presence is over 95%, and we added 2 more employees in March.

I plan to add 1 additional employee between today and tomorrow.

Effective tomorrows work day, *ALL EMPLOYEES RECEIVE 1.5% OF OUR DAILY PROFITS

*you do not receive anything for the day if you don't show up that day

That's right, and the best news in regards to the profit sharing I will be implementing tomorrow is that, as time passes, profits will increase and you'll be receiving more and more as a bonus!

Right now we are pulling in ROUGHLY $1600 in daily profits depending on if I unload some items in bulk or sell on the open market, which means as long as you work that day you'll be receiving a bonus of around $25 every day.
