The complete deletion of all UK legislation and circlejerking. The statute book forum can be deleted; we must not show people our stupidity. The HoL can be run by the MoLA, with any lord, congressman or PP proposing a new lord. The HoC and HoL must vote on him.

The rest of the stuff in there is either stupid, not used, or no longer enforceable.

I guess it needs to be written down somewhere if this is still going. Can't it just be a sticky in the MoLA forum or something though?
The MoLA actually has to go through congress votes to do his job if he feels like adding new awards - will congress ever have cause to downvote any changes to this? Let it be a guideline.

Skilled Workers Scheme
This has NEVER been used. If a ministry can help out our economy, they shouldn't need this to give them permission. It is writing down common sense.

The CP should appoint someone to deal with these and that be the end of it for the month. If a CP doesn't want to do any of these then you can't force him, it's writing down common sense AGAIN. I think everyone knows what each ministry should be doing, why write parts of it down? You'll never get the full description down.

Stephen Fry fanfic. If people want to have Fryday they can, they don't need permission.

Write down how each forum works in a thread, sticky it in that forum. Job Done.

TREATIES:
I suspect that the antions we have these treaties with don't even remember that they exist.
The Raleigh Treaty
I belive this has been used twice.

1) It was used to fuck up our first proper training war, leaving us with trade embargoes with more than half the eWorld and screwing over our buisnesses - specifically Iron imports.
The Irish and Americans seem to have read it on our forum and enforced it without telling us - not because they wanted it enforced by because they seemed to think we would be pissed off if it wasn't (this was before the trainign war clause was added by myself).

2) The second time I tried to use it to fix the mess of the first use of it. The USA held more sway that this law, the "Goku threatened to invade Ireland" comes from my trying to get them to honour it. So basically they only did what it says because they didn't want to be invaded by us, not because they thought it was valuble.

A regular chat to the Irish CP and a MPP will do alot more good than this relic.

The Kangaroo Economic Treaty
We are at war with Australia both via game mechanics and via the Phoenix/Eden alliances. Utterly useless.

The Berlin Economic Pact
Has this ever been used and do the Germans still recognise it?

The Frankfurt Treaty
Same as the raleigh treaty, with the added extra of Phoenix already being a treaty between us.

Italian Accord - Victoria Pact
Same as the raleigh treaty. Not worth the paper it is written on, you have to have regular diplomatic contact to have good relations - not some html saying it is so.
