The Ballad of Internet China

China, a now thriving top tier country, one that has sadly forgotten it's roots of an oppressed, occupied country which the major players of eRepublik 2 years ago abused, exploited and held land of for many months upon months now does the same to it's old friends. Friends such as Japan who was the single biggest factor in liberating the Chinese homeland, even after it's valiant defense by PEACE in the first major battle of Kyushu. Japan put itself on the line for it's friend, a friendship the molded into an outright mission to see it's neighbor fully liberated, up till the last Serbian stronghold in China, which was known as Lion King.

Now China is a tyrant of Eastern Asia, it lies, cheats, and steals to get it's way. It throws it's weight around by threatening it's old friends. It cares only for it's own well being, which was just proven by it's liberation of Kyushu where they intended to use Japan as a meat shield, after occupying it's regions and forcing Japan to accept a rental agreement they wanted no part in. They told us to accept the rent or they would hold it anyway. Shortly before this deal was worked out they invaded us, with their PTO'd country North Korea. We were left down to one region while our allies sat and watched, all for the focus of a common enemy ONE.

It's sad to say that a once dear friend has turned into nothing short of a tyrant, a regional oppressor, and a bully. They claimed we did not try to contact them enough, yet we idled in their IRC room constantly waiting to talk, we chatted with their MoFA for hours to reach an agreement on North Korea, and have the logs to prove it. But no, North Korea was their "cousins" whom they PTO'd and then conquered for a month. We now see China creating more "shield" by liberating the Korean peninsula. This is a cowardly act to put other countries in harms way.

I look on at the coming ONE nations gathering to revisit an old land where they once occupied, and I cannot help but think what comes around goes around. I for one am ashamed to have ever had any part in liberating any of China, a country that long forgotten what it is like to be a small country, but instead goes around battering them just as they once were. I will be fighting for Serbia, Hungary, and Indonesia when they are all put into the fray.

China, why were we not informed of your plan to use us as a meat shield, blocking Hungary's entrance into Asia? We will be no ones meat shield, we will choose our own destiny just as eJapan has always done, and we will rise as we always have to any occasion. We will never forget our roots as you have, we have an eHistory as rich as any major country and we will preserve it.

China, we will watch you fall, and we will enjoy it. You are not the China we helped liberate, you are a tyrant that needs to be contained.
