As said by General Gothmog in The Return of the King. Or something similar atleast...

Do you share my opinion when I say that politics lately has poisoned several countries? Sweden is in a horrible state, one political party is bullied out by the other, you might just get called a pu**y, and epidemic in the national IRC by 3 people and none of these receive a ban or even warning.

You hear how people basically say "we spied on your secret forum section and found out that you are spying on our secret forum section, SHAME ON YOU".

On the Canadian front the person who got 2nd place of winning the presidential election got personally insulted a lot by ads published in eCanada. None endorsed this, both of the presidential candidates calling it despiccable, but what is the result? A very valuable person with a lot of knowledge leaves the game while the troll stays, what does he contribute with except for a smaller average knowledge in the country?

It is a shame to see people who I really respected jumping in and publishing articles to just troll and flame a specific group of people. All humans make mistakes, that rule doesn't apply to people from just ONE party.


Don't you miss the "good 'ol days" when we attacked Germany, with Kalle Holm as president? Those were fun days, I want that those things to happen to Sweden again. What is the fun of just trolling and throwing insults all around on the forum? Most of the people I admire in this game are those who always are friendly and who manage to stay out of the politics (and therefore not insulting people).

To bring back Sweden to its former glory we need to work together, we need to have a common enemy, otherwise we fight internally, seperating the country and making people quit.

I enjoyed my time as a MoFA, it was probably the most fun timeperiod I have ever had in eRepublik, I am not applying again due to the harsher and harsher political climate.

I hope everyone have a moment to think about what they are doing to contribute.
