Chapter 3 - To London

After seeing Mick pump a few into the girl you deiced this is something you shouldn't be watching. You slowly back out the room and close the door behind you. You go to the bar and see Curtis laying on the floor in a puddle drool. He seems fast a sleep, but you cant let him sleep there. You start poking Curtis on the dry patch of his face till he starts to wake.

"Oh..... Hey there kid" He said in a quite and slow voice. You notice the drool starts dripping from his cheek.

"I thought I'd wake you up, You looked uncomfortable" You replied.

*Curtis yawns* "I'm going back to bed, here's some gold. Have food or whatever" He give you 33 silver pieces.

Knowing that Curtis doesn't own any gold form his job and cloths, you go to the bar to see what 33 gold can by you. After buying a burger with bacon and egg, you see mick coming with the girl he was with last night. He introduces you to her. "Jimmy this is Krifect, Krifect this is Jimmy". After you and Krifect finish greeting each other, Mick orders food for them both. They sit next to you and start talking about each others work. You're stating to feel like a third wheel.

After about 10 minuets of pure awkwardness a man comes into the pub and starts asking for Mick. Mick stands up and calls the man over.

"Letter for you mick." The man says in a deep voice

"Thanks." Mick replies as he takes the letter form the man

"And this comes with it." The man gives mick what looks like a money bag.

Mick takes the bag and starts to read the letter. His eyes become wide and a big smile crosses his face.

"What is it?" Krifect asks.

"I've been promoted to the Royal Guard" Mick replies with excitement. "They also gave me 50 gold to pay for travel and a place to stay, My placement is at the capital."

By this point mick was almost bouncing with excitement and starts ordering drinks. As if on que Curtis comes out his room and to the bar. They all start drinking in celebration to mick promotion. You try a some alcohol but don't like the taste, so you stick to water.

After they finish their little party, Curtis and Krifect decide to join you and Mick to the capital. You begin you're journey when Curtis can walk in a straight line... The next day. Along the way to the capital, Mick and Krifect held hands, Curtis is trying writing a song for micks promotion. Curtis repeatedly asks mick to check his work and see if he likes it. After the 9th time mick becomes frustrated. He takes the parchment that Curtis was writing on and uses his dagger to nail it to a tree. He them turns to you and say "Were not leaving this spot till you put at least 5 arrows through it". Knowing Mick is being serious, you apologize to Curtis and aim you're bow at parchment and let the arrows fly. One by one, they all hit the target. Mick seemed impressed and congratulated you. While Curtis seemed depressed and walked in silence for a while.

On the second day of you're journey you come to a cross roads. You see someone running in the distance and he's screaming for help. You can see 3 men following behind him, they look as though they are chasing him. The man calling for help has a big bushy beard and long hair, kinda like a Norseman. He's wearing bright yellow and dark blue stripped clothes, looks like a clown. Mick grips the hilt of his sword, ready for whats about to come. You also ready you're bow. The Norseman falls to the floor in front of you're group. He's begging for help. What do you do?

A - Help the Norseman
B - Leave the Norseman to his grim fate
C - Kill the Norseman
D - Kill them all
