Thank You

Day 798, 03:58 Published in Canada New Zealand by SledDog

I am grateful and truly humbled by the mandate that the people of Alberta have given me in Monday's elections. I won't go all Sally Field on you and proclaim that you really really like me, but I will state that this vote has truly been a little bit of joy for me. Over the past couple of days I haven't been feeling to well - basically I felt like something the dog wouldn't even think of dragging in - and so this result was a bit of a bright spot.

I would like to congratulate the CNC members who were victorious today: Johnny ForReal in BC, Alias Vision in Saskatchewan, 20person in Newfoundland and Labrador, and of course our Party President Greg McNeish in Ontario, who ran a great campaign operation. To those CNC candidates who came up short - Sam201095 in Alberta, Acticdom and Kool Brayn in Quebec, Rigour6 in New Brunswick, Alexander Keith in Nova Scotia, peter bunnett in Nunavut and John Flory in Delaware, as well as to CEP member Alex_1210 who ran under the CNC banner, I wish better luck next time.

Now, those of us who ran for Congress have a job ahead of us that I hope we take seriously (I know some of us will approach it with more seriousness than others), to help guide this country through the challenges ahead, including the introduction of V2.
