Join the new world

The dust has settled and I find myself re-elected as a congressman of the eUK, all thanks to you: the citizens of London. You've put your trust in me again to represent you in Congress and I promise I won't let you down.

I've tried to get in touch with as many Londoners as possible in the run up to the election, not asking for votes, but offering help and advice. I aim to continue this during my term and hopefully continue to bring more people to the eUK forums: http://forums.erepublik.co.uk

As many of you know I'm part of the London Regional Council, and as Councillor of Media I aim to work even harder in making more people aware of the services we offer:

Free gifting up to fighting wellness
Welcome baskets for new residents
Q1 weapons during wars

When the council was first formed, all I heard from older citizens was that regions are dead and we are simply wasting our time.

But I think with the work we've put in we're starting to prove people wrong. Since it's inception the amount of people we've brought to the forums is now in double figures, with many of them becoming very active.

A waste of time? I think not. Whilst some people waste their time complaining that not enough people in game are on the forums, the London Regional Council is actively doing something about it. The regions aren't dead, and London is living proof.

The eUK faces some interesting challenges in the weeks ahead. With the advent of World War III the nation will be under economic, military and domestic stress. As a member of TUP, now having the majority of Congress, we are ready for these challenges. All this is outlined in our congressional manifesto:
