I hoped to get this our earlier but real life put the brakes on that.

Straight away I point out I'm writing this under my name not under Knighthawks because anything on congress decisions should come from the party president as we have no speaker candidates to nominate or leaders in the senate anymore. This is the downside of not having any structure now but it's still a welcome change from the old senate forum requirements that were strict and left little room to breathe.

if we had any ranking system at all LanyIsLost would be our senate leader due to game experience and respect. It's easily not me. I'll work with whatever the party gives me as tools to represent in the senate.

But I want to start off by saying how wowed I was by the result. As number 4 party out of the top 5 I expected us to have a number 4 result on numbers. It's a known fact that Knighthawks have been on the outer for a few months now so to finish at number 2 is amazing. The ARP have a well known president and former prime minister leading them with a strong reputation in elections and I really expected them to do better.

So thank you everybody for voting for our team. I'm sorry that our president F0rse7i is not going to be with us to help guide us but will be consulted as we go on through the term.

The prime minister has opened congress with some initial directions on citizen requests and some foreign affairs matters. Not sure where congress members stand on openly revealing those yet so I'll refer that to the executive to announce and then add my thoughts after those announcements are made.
