The Party positions are going to be small because I wouldn't pick a big team because I know there will be low appilcations

Head of the ISD Policy Think Tank - Creation of party policy regarding time in power (ie cabinet ideas)
- Ideas to encourage recruitment and activity
- General ideas on how we can improve eIreland, in power or not.
- Being the first resource on creating party manifesto's and other official documents.

Head of Recruitment Work closely with the ISD Policy Think Tank and the ISD Public Relations Team to encourage new members to join the party.
