TC Pledge-a-Thon

a.k.a. Quanah Parker's Birthday Pub Crawl

Quanah Parker, XO of Army Group East, celebrates his e-birthday today! AND he celebrates his real life birthday this weekend! Clearly, such momentous occasion calls for a special celebration.

Quanah Parker is asking you to pledge whatever you can afford to donate to the TC. Here's how it works. You pledge X amount of Erepublik USD or Gold to TC for every pub that he visits this weekend. You may want to put a maximum limit too, because he rarely knows when to stop. Be generous! Whether you pledge 1 USD per pub, or 1 Gold per pub, it all helps our amazing Training Corps.

Quanah will have his picture taken at every pub he visits (he's planning on at least a dozen). He can't promise he'll be drinking at them all, but you never know.

After you pledge, Quanah will confirm the amount with you via PM. Early next week he will post photo evidence of my pub crawling accomplishments for you to see. Shortly after that, please donate your pledged amount to TC Logistics 3rd Division (http://www.erepublik.com/en/organization/2690389). He will publish your name in the awesome list of donors (unless you express a desire to remain anonymous).

The Army's 10th Mountain Division Sponsors Captain Technician!
Army's 10th Mountain Divisionhas pledged to supply one TC Officer every week with Q1 weapons in their "Adopt-A-Trainer" program. This week's adopted TC Officer is Captain [url=http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/1603318Technician[/url].

Captain Technician is a longstanding member of the Training Corps community, and Commander of the 11th Company of the 1st Training Division. Outside of eRepublik, the Captain is also a member of Toastmasters, and teaches public speaking and leadership. I had the opportunity to interview Captain Tech, and ask him a few questions.

TC Tribune: What are your goals?

CPT Technician: My goals in the game are much the same as they been; help new players anyway I can and help the eUS.

TC Tribune: Any advice for new players?

CPT Technician: New players have to remember everybody in a battle helps they do matter, and also watch your health. I recommend they do join the Training Corps and our eUS forum.

TC Tribune: Is there anything that you'd like to add?

CPT Technician: I like the idea of interviews we fight beside each other dally it is great to put a player behind the alias. I thank the 10th Mountain for this interview and it is a great idea.
