Taxes: weapons & food
damiannorossi
We have to make some changes!!!But we dont have problem with competition..
We have very expensive price for our consumers....
Perhaps if we decrease the VAT to 5% will fixx the problem for a little time...But the problem is this!!!!
WE GIVE LOW SALARIES!!!and we sell EXPENSIVE!!!
In Greece the cost of a Q5 weapon is about 28GRD and they sell 33GRD with tax
In Australia the cost of a tank is 23AUD and we want to sell 42AUD!!!
And when i sold and some other guys at the price of 37AUD u shout at us...!!
First we must change and lower the prizes and then we must change our TAXES!!
I ll propose a new law for weapons with 15% import tax 10% VAT and 10%income...
I know that our country will lose some money, but this will do us better for a while, then we can change it again...
PS:Food TAXES must change with the same way...
TY
PS: First we have increase our salaries over 115AUD and then decrease the VAT to 10%...our country will lose some money...But by increasing the income tax by 5% ,to 10%,our country will have about 100-120% more profits from income taxes
PS: First we must focus at the benefit of e-Australia.Dont see the benefit of our pockets..RAISE the SALARIES 10-20%

TJ can u explain here why if we give better salaries and sell cheaper products,e-australians will propably go to poland?people must listen to different opinions..so plz write here too
In poland TJ with their salary can buy 5,8 Q5 weapons, and in australia they can buy only 2,6
I calculated that each tank I make costs me $28.22 each at the current going rate of RM. The price of tanks and food always has fluctuated depending on whether we are at war or not. Lately we've been at war so the prices have risen with the demand. I expect once our eNZ War Games are at an end, the prices will drop dramatically again.
Salaries in Australia have always been quite high comparing to other Countries. We've always had a bit of a labour shortage here and this keeps wages up. I'd be interested in seeing a comparison of wages over several Countries to verify this.
Salaries are determined by available resources. The fewer we have, the lower our production and the lower the salaries.
If we lower taxes, then we have less to spend on maintaining our current resources --- forget about even trying to expand them without an army.
Chicken or the egg? Do you cut taxes before making enough money to guarantee growth?
i dont think it is 28,2AUD i am sure for that...but it depends, players play different..i need 24 aud
yes but will raise the income tax too,in weapons and food,so we ll lose small amount of money, but we ll have growth
if we cut taxes, then australians will buy more products,so we ll have again money...
Exam.
A)we sell 100 tank at 40 aud === 4000 aud
😎if we lower tax we can sell 200 tank for 35 ==== 7000 aud
With the VAT 15% at A) our country will have benefits about 600 AUD
and at the 😎 australia will earn 700 AUD
Thats a small example
MR president see this...
an other example too...WE have income tax 5%...i say that we must raise it to 10% but increase the salaries too..
EX: We have about 200 workers in food and weapon companies
and average prize 105 that means 1000AUD profit from income taxe and (100aud basic salary for citizens)
If we raise the salaries at least 10%,lets tell average salary 115 aud and income tax 10%...Then our country will have profits at 2200aud!!! and the basic salary will be 103AUD..i think it is better..
Your problem is with your own argument, Maj. You argued, "Do you cut taxes before making enough money to guarantee growth?"
This is the standardised argument. In the first instance we have slow growth, or not very powerful growth. How can you justify throwing money at the problem instead of fixing it?
I haven't had any taxes in my pocket? Then again I'm not in the Government's pocket, so naturally I won't benefit. I don't see any effort on the part of the administration to do the right thing and fund the MUs literally saving eAustralia's backside. Wasteful spending - another ADF boondoggle gone wrong.
um TJ there is a discussion about MU funding in the senate atm
Unfortunately Tim, due to the multis in play this election I won't be able to join with the Senators in that debate. Someone needs to make the principled argument and it seems I'll have to do it outside of the chamber.
ive been paying my employees at $120+ eventhough the market rate is below $100
TJ, please just don’t blame multis for your incapability of securing a Senate seat for months now.
19 legit eAustralians got into Senate this month and you were not one of them.
Just deal with it.
Maybe you should free yourself from all the negativity about 99% of your comments is characterised by and try to be a bit more constructive.
That will get you a lot further, believe me.
I'm like dieyoung. I pay my employees $115. The truth is that an employee can earn a decent living and an employer can make a decent profit. At least that's how it works for myself and those who work for me.
I now pay my employee 115 🙂
Also I somewhat agree with damiannorossi. Hes right with making the weapons cheaper. Not the taxes but the weapons.
With this people end up buying more taxes. Personally me lately since I am to eAus I bout about 50 tanks. Overpaid on a lot of them too to be honest.
I sometimes feel bad for the employees because they get paid what 100 AUD? Then when they need to buy tanks for the day they are only able to buy 2 sometimes 3. 3 tanks is nowhere near enogth to help our economy, and the effort of our wars.
While it will hurt employers badly to 1. Leave salary as is and lower tank prices, or 2. Increase salary, and leave prices as is. Or even 3. Increase salary and lower prices (Which the 3rd option might be impossible).
All in honestly with the current system the way it is here. Only employers benefit. The Employees get pretty much fucked over saying here go buy 2 tanks and deal with it.
While this is an hard problem to deal with. We should find a way to fix it. Because for one you cannot expect people to come here and then stay with these options for the economy. The employers have to be willing to let something go, and the employees as well. We both need to benefit one way or another. And I am an employer, and I am perfectly willing to either increase salary or sell cheaper. But I am not up for doing both to be honest. That will hurt me too much.
if we can make a deal that all we gonna give at least 115 aud and sell cheaper, propably there is no need to cange our taxes...but most of all buisnessmans in australia want more money in their pocket
Remember weapons production is two-stages: raw materials and finished product. Suggest taking advantage of the low aud value at the moment and promote investment in primary resource infrastructure - especially saltpetre. Following Majester's point, more resources flowing into the economy makes local weapon production more affordable, and prices can be lowered without the weapon producers or the taxman making a loss.

@Jack
The way I avoid making it a two step hiring process. I buy enogth raw material factories where I can make enogth for myself, and 2 employees that make the weapons for me.
Just saying 🙂
^ This is good, more RM factories means cheaper weapon production. But other commenters are citing the "current going rate of RM" on the market as one of the reasons for high weapon prices.
