How does it work ?

OK its fairly simple:
- You take a job at a VNJ-Azimuth company for 0.10 AUD per hour
- You work as normal
- At the end of the week, I check your toal production and you get paid according to that amount multiplied by the offered rate per unit.
- The current rate is 0.06 AUD per unit. - this may vary as the markets change but I will advertise in this paper giving notice if it does.


Lets look at an example.

Fred is a Expert skill level employee and usually works 8 hours a day. He is a good fellow and keeps his boss happy by making sure is wellness and happiness max out at 100 each day. He is also a bit cheap and always uses the free booster for work which is +10% (OK who doesn't do this).

Everyone can work out their own production. You get 6 units + 10% for each skill level per hour.
Fred is Expert = level 7

So thats 7 x 6 x 1.10 = 46.2 units and he therefore gets paid 2.77 AUD per hour – tax free - thats 155.12 AUD each week. Of course Fred also gets the normal 0.10 per hour less say 25% tax which is 0.60 each day.

Another example

Gina is a realpro...

Well actually she is a Guru at her profession and she loves her job.
She works 12 hours a day and is switched on to using the maximum 200% booster for 0.99 gold.

Her production is 9x6x12x300% = 1,944 units and gets paid 116.64. It costs her 59 AUD to buy the gold but still makes over 57 AUD for 12 hours - 4.80 an hour tax free.

Gina gets 816.48 AUD tax free at the end of each week. Gina also gets the 0.10 per hour every day which is still taxed.


Other issues

This calculation of production units and wages may reduce a little if your wellness or happiness drops. e.g If your wellness drops to 90% and your happiness drops to 80%, your production will be 10% lower.

The above calculation also assumes 10 employees, which is the target, but sometimes there maybe more or less. I will be aiming to maintain it in the range of 9-11.

I will calculate the production each week after the Sunday day change. You can start mid week, that is OK too. If you want to exit the scheme, please let me know before you resign if at all possible, so that I can calculate your final pay before the data disappears. If you leave before I get to see, I will use some estimates.
