Mint azt sokan tudjátok már, Szerbiát az első kongresszusi választásokon csak éppenhogy tudtuk megvédeni a horvát TO-tól, mindössze egy képviselőnyi többségük volt a horvátokkal szemben. Az elnökválasztás még rosszabbul sikerült számukra, hiszen az egyetlen szerb jelöltet a választás napján bannolták, és így horvát lett az elnök. Azóta a helyzet annyiból változott, hogy 4 szerb képviselőt is bannoltak ilyen-olyan ürügyekkel, és így a horvátoknak már a kongresszusban is többségük van - ez az elmúlt napok törvényjavaslatain látszik is - mondhatni az ilyenkor szokásos destruktív törvényeket nyújtották be.

Ma azonban megtették a végső lépést is, és hadat üzentek Horvátországnak, és a kongresszus összetételéből ítélve ez át is fog menni. Itt egy játéktechnikai kérdés merül fel, ugyanis Szerbia új ország, és elvileg március 28-ig katonai védettséget élvez; azaz elvileg nem támadható meg - de a szabály nem egyértelmű azon tekintetben, hogy Szerbia vajon támadhat-e eddig vagy sem.

Számunkra a dolog annyiból nem mindegy, hogy Szerbia elfoglalása esetén Horvátország Romániával és Bulgáriával is határossá válik, és ez tovább bővíti a meglévő lehetőségeket az európai hadszíntéren.

Amennyiben Szerbia támadhat márc. 28 előtt, és az elnökük (aki horvát) visszavonul, úgy Szerbia órák alatt eltűnhet a térképről; ha nem tud támadni, akkor a képviselőválasztáson még visszaszerezhetik a többséget, azonnal impeachelhetik a horvát elnököt, és még 28.-a előtt megszerezhetik az elnöki széket - illetve nem lenne elnökük egy impeachment esetén hiszen nem volt 2. helyezett, és előző elnök sem; ezesetben sem tudna senki visszavonulni egy horvát támadás esetén - igaz Szerbia sem tudna támadni és ezzel aktiválni a horvátok MPP-it.


Serbia has been almost TO-d by Croats at the last congress elections, and since lost four congress members through bans, therefore they now haven't got majority there - it clearly shows on the laws that are usual now in TO-d congresses. The president elections were even worse, for the Serbian candidate was banned on the election day, so the Croatian candidate won that.

Now, they declared war to Croatia, and surely the croatian majority congress will vote it. But it makes for an interesting game-question; Serbia is a new country, and theoretically it has immunity until the 28th of March. But the rule is not clear in the question of Serbia can or cannot attack other countries till that time; meaning that the immunity is vica-versa or not.

For us it requires careful analysis as to what new possibilities this move and the probable occupation of Serbia means to us and to broader european affairs.

In case of Serbia being able to attack before the 28th, the country will dissappear from the maps in a matter of hours - the president being able to retreat, like in the Russia-case. If they cannot attack then on the 25th of March they must acquire absolute majority, and when congress elected, they must immediately impeach the president, so that before the 28th, they will have no president to attack and/or retreat - because there was no runner-up on the presidential elections, and no previous president either. They would still have a war with Croatia, but in this case Croatia would have to attack and the time would be enough for a few MPP-s to make, and have a little chance to survive.
