@favorite uncle: it can be due to the qualities of its members.
Loyal and dedicated.
In example, let's take even Kliment E. and Wazamaza, both are well-known in Switzerland
and they could successfully run for congress
on behalf of the party from the top five.
That kind of members counts as 5.
