Bu da sınıf çatışmalarını arttırması gerekir ki işçi ile işverenin arasındaki fark giderek açılmakta ve bu piyasa yüzünden gün geçtikçe kötüye gitmektedir.

As you see in the table, an employer's profits are calculated. If the employer fires the workers after they work and get new workers for his/her companies, only one company make minimum 3 gold profit. This profit opens the gap between two classes.

Comunnes and work security must be set up for the workers and surplus must not have been gone to employers no more.
