Supreme Court of eCanada - February 23 update

Rainer N presents a complaint agains CSIS and its director. He candidly advises that he will not be in a position to prosecute the matter. No other citizen has come forward. The evidence presented to date is not sufficient to persuade the court that, if believed, it could lead to conviction. The absence of an active prosecutor exacerbates the situation. Accordingly, the court has decided not to take the matter for trial.

There are a number of threads relating to Pimp’s sentence. The Court has dismissed these for lack of activity.

The Court has unanimously decided to take the Rolo Tahmasse matter up for trial. A date and directions for trial will be issued shortly.

The Law Repository still needs to be updated to reflect the Judgement of February 13, declaring the Supreme Court of Canada Act void and the Constitution unamended. The Speaker is urged to make the changes promptly.

Chochi devrait faire preuve de bonne foi et se plier au jugement de la cour. Il me semble que ce n'est pas trop difficile.

Est-ce que la cour peut sanctionner un individu pour outrage au tribunal? Je crois que celle-ci devrait faire preuve de plus d'autorité, représentative de sa fonction.

Je suggères à la cour de prendre une ordonnance de la dernière chance au Speaker, surtout s'il est réélu à ce poste pour un autre mois.

If the government is going to have a court, it should provide prosecutors and defenders as needed. Not everyone has the self esteem required to face the monster.

Pimp didn;t steal anything. He is being persecuted for having integrity.

I will defend Rolo till my death. Charge nosyt with treason and level the field.

I think we need to prosecute that Mason clown for his inexplicable and egregious use of the word "Your" when "You're" was the correct choice.

I also think we need to eat more kittens.
