Support Evan for Alabama and for the nation!
Evan Feinman
eAlabama, I am asking you to elect me once again.
I bring long experience, dedication to our nation, and balanced perspective to the office. Additionally, as a long term congressman AND an officer in the Airborne, I bring a needed senior voice with understanding of both sides of the complex dispute between the Congress and the former eUS military.
EXPERIENCE
I have the experience this country needs right now to defend us from this invasion, support our allies, and stick it to our enemies.
I've served many terms in congress. I wrote the first eUS Code. I have been undersecretary of state. I'm a mentor. I've been a senior National Guard officer and am currently a junior officer in the Airborne. I have been a party official in the AAP, the APF, and now the USWP. I'm deputy Speaker of the House. I run our nation's immigration system. I've been in multiple presidential cabinets. I've been an ambassador and I've done intelligence work. I've run multiple businesses and have donated hundreds and hundreds of weapons and food to the military and to US citizens.
DEDICATION
I know what I can contribute and what I can't. When it became clear that I needed to resign my military command and finish my term as senator last spring (so that I could study for the bar exam), I did so. Once I returned, I returned full steam. I work hard and, frankly, I get shit done.
I've earned 21 hard worker medals during my days playing this game, because I care about this economy and I care about the companies I work for. I've mentored many young players and helped numerous others begin political, military, or business careers.
PERSPECTIVE
I have seen this nation as a global behemoth and I have seen it cornered in a single state, surrounded by enemies. I have seen our population rise and fall, and I have seen our economy focus on one industry after another, boom and bust.
I take the long view, and I want to keep working toward a brighter, stronger, more American future here in the new world. Join with me and give me your vote on the 25th.

😁 V&S
Evan is by far one of our finest leaders... while new blood is always a good thing, the kind of experience plus the fair-minded, even-tempered, pragmatic, point of view Evan brings is invaluable. The eUSA needs to make sure he remains in Congress.
How did you vote on the recent decision to de-fund the military based on the actions of the JCS?
V+S
Minuvas,
There actually wasn't ever a vote to de-fund the military. After Congress instituted the more strict rules about reporting how funding is spent and damage is created, as well as the controversy over branch XOs getting votes on the JCS, Brad informed Congress that he wouldn't accept further funding, and actually returned his last disbursement to the CBO.
At that point, Speaker of the House Candor froze military funding - that's an emergency power given to the Speaker to halt any funding when there is evidence it might not be spent the way Congress has budgeted. That action only requires ten approvals to go into effect. The ten who approved that action (and remember, this is after Brad had already declared that he wouldn't accept funding) were:
1) Cromstar
2) Joe newton
3) CRoy
4) LexLuther1
5) Princefigs
6) Pfeiffer
7) StanleyIBus
8 ) ElmieJr
9) JLake4
10) Marxus
Congress then had the option to vote to resume funding, however that vote didn't take place since relations had clearly already broken down. The entire time there was debate over the level of congressional oversight of the military I argued for separate negotiations outside of the overly heated message board interactions. Unfortunately, by the time we could get a group together, events had already spiraled out of control.
There really wasn't a "right" and "wrong" side in this - Congress overreached in how far it tried to oversee and regulate the military, and the JCS overreacted by declaring flat out that they would not recognize congressional authority to regulate how tax dollars were spent.
There were a ton of discussions and proposals happening in private congress boards, but they've all since been moved to the public spaces and I'd encourage you to check them out so you can make your own decisions: http://eusaforums.com/forum/index.php/board,15.0.html
I should also note above that I would have approved Speaker Candor's freeze given the situation at the time. Those ten congressmen made the right call given that relations had already broken down.
Good luck Evan!
