OK, my Finnish is terrible, so I'll write this in English.

I was asked as a congressman and representative of people of Finland to propose a new form of government in eFinland - monarchy.



eFinland should adopt parliamentary democracy and constitutional monarchy as it's form of government for many reasons:

President can be anyone who is elected for one month. President is forming a government which should be the job of the Prime Minister (at least in tradition of European democratic countries).
Having one king and one queen would make eFinland more stable.
Having a foreign princess as the Queen (which is also a European monarchistic [filthy inbred] tradition) would make relations with other countries better.

Also, part of the proposal is to have TTi09 and anettu as our King and Queen. TTi09 has shown extraordinary abilities in being a monarch keeping the throne under his rule for last two months and holy eMarriage with anettu would help our noble cause of liberating eEstonia from Phoenix delusions.

One more important thing to say is that the President would keep his role of Prime Minister (President of the Government) while King and Queen would have more of a titular than ruling role. Also democratically elected parliament (congress) would stay the highest legislative.
