Greetings, All Americans.

Since my return, I have found myself often dismayed at the level of partisan and political rancor that seems to permeate much of our media and political life. Still, I don't believe this is an accurate representation of how most people really feel.

Those that we hear speak are largely those with the loudest voices, with arguments divided along those lines and, while it's great to have our cultural icons, it seems we might have let them dictate the terms of the conversation a bit too much.

I've spent the last few days puzzling over this state of affairs and, at first, it seemed hopeless and I was inclined to write an angry article calling down all of our sacred cows. But that would really just serve to add my voice to more of the same problem and, at best, create a new clique to shout down... whoever.

Not a very positive outcome, to my mind.

I wanted to do something entirely the opposite. To, at least to a small degree, give everyone a chance to break down those barriers and to sit down and break bread with those with whom we've fostered grudges and rivalries. And I've decided to do this the only way I know how; throw a party on IRC and give everyone as many guns as it takes to smile.

I'm not expecting everyone to play nice or pretend friendship, but I am expecting everyone to take a little bit of time and share a more tangible sort of space with those whom you are already sharing the space of this nation with.

So, this Sunday I would be happy to welcome ALL OF YOU to Sunday Mass.

I will be providing 15 Q5 Tanks to anyone who just drops in to say 'Hi' and I will provide 15 Q7 tanks to anyone who wants to hang out for a while. These will be for use in a specific battle (t.b.a. but in support of USA Orders). I'll be keeping track of the different divisions and will be calling for damage if we slip past ideal damage levels.

Now, I want to be very clear about this.

This initiative is being supported by donations and will be implemented at my sole discretion. I am welcoming literally everyone with a USA flag on their Citizen and willing to fight for America. Forum Elites. Black Sheep. Feds. SFP. EZC. SHIELD. Everyone. There are no strength requirements. No division requirements. No tiered distribution.

My only condition is that you do not waste my donors money. It was good of them to be as generous as they have and I will not tolerate those who take advantage of that. That said, the consequence will not be my getting angry or calling you out publicly. You will not receive supplies in the future and that is all, just take your 15 tanks and feel as clever as you like.

I have spoken with The Mike and have his and the NSC's permission to operate out of #usa.tanks, I will open supply distribution at 6:00 (18:00) eRepublik time on Sunday, March 22 and I figure I'll probably be going for around four hours. Maybe later if I'm feeling energized.

There will be no rules regarding speech.

There will also be no rules regarding my moderation. :3
