Suggestion for Economic module in V2

I have a suggestion that would make conquering regions more useful to a country and that would also make medium resource regions useful, instead of the productivity of your raw resource company being determined by what region your company is in it would be dependant on what country your company is in.

the productivity of a country would be determined by how many high and medium regions of that resource that country has, example: a country has 2 high iron regions and 3 medium iron regions, for every high region a country has it adds X productivity and for every medium resource region the country has it adds Y productivity. this would add a whole new dimension to the game, conquering multiple high regions would mean something and having medium resource regions would now be useful as well, right now medium resource regions are completely and utterly useless.
