Introduction
I intend to as active as always, keeping in touch with our foreign affairs aspects, our allies in PEACE, as well as working with my Ministries thoroughly to produce a product eMexico can be proud of. Don't expect Daphne to be too vocal or active, but she is the First Lady, and she'll be watching while I sleep. While I may sound very strict, I'm not actually. Ministers are free to perform what duties they want, so long as they work towards achieving the ultimate goal of improving and managing eMexico. Each Ministry, outlined below, will have several things they'll need to do per week, which I'll check on. This does not, however, mean that I am going to tell anyone they cannot try something.

-Presidency-
-I will submit records of all MXN spent from here on out, on a weekly basis, including our treasury and OBM.
-I will update almost daily on all progress, as long as it's not secure information, which Ministers shall be privy to only, as it applies to them. Only the VP will have access to all the information necessary.
-Vice President-
The role of the Vice President is fairly undeveloped in most Erepublik countries. Here, however, he will have a general purpose in societal affairs:
-Directly oversee the Social Services Ministry.
-Contact all Congressmen, and ensure they are participating in our discussions before trying to change things in game.
-Keep updated on all info should he be required to stand in for the President in case of emergency.
-Ministry of Defence-
We will do the following, and reports to the President:
-Dhoo has two UnderMinisters, being Halcon and pvr007. They need to be in touch (MSN is usually the easiest way to find Dhoo, or you can all use the Mex IRC room. All of you need to be on the same page.
-All Orders are required to come from Dhoo regarding troop movements, and money management. If he wants to stipend each Underminister a little MXN so they have some in case they need to move troops around, that's fine as well. Once those orders come from Dhoo, I expect each Underminister to aide him in carrying them out.
-Our Army googledoc needs to be advertised in game twice per week in the Armada Newspaper. Link it correctly so all new citizens have to do is follow it, fill it out, and become part of our Army.
-The googledoc needs to be updated regularly, checked daily for new recruits (once per day, whether that becomes a duty of the Underministers is fine), and new recruits need to be PM'd in game from the Armada Org welcoming them and advising who their Commander is. THat way they don't lose interest.
-I expect at least one unit to be fighting any time outside of elections. We'll need all troops brought back to Mexico for every election, but outside of that, I expect our men and women of the military to be training. I also expect this training to be rotated, so each person gets their chance. We are not going to continually send the same unit out over and over. We will either fight in Resistance Wars, or aide our allies should they request it.
-The Tank unit needs constant training, so they continually improve. They need to be in all battles possible outside of elections or Congressional status.
-If you want to rename it, or change structure, all I ask is that it's easy, and functional. Every member of the Armed Forces should remain active, and be checked for location regularly.
-We do not, currently, have enough MXN to provide weapons for every person, so we'll provide moving tickets. Fighting with weapons at low strength is very little difference to fighting barehanded, so just fight without one if necessary. Experience is experience.
-Manage PistolasParaMexico, through the Armada, and have at least one unit working there during their time stationed in Mexico to produce weapons. These weapons are to be provided ONLY to eMexican Troops. PERIOD.
-Manage Volares Nacional, through the Armada, and have at least one unit working there during their time stationed in Mexico producing tickets for our troops to move. These tickets are to be provided ONLY to eMexican troops registered in units. PERIOD.
-Submit any requests for MXN to the President, and any expenses to the OBM for record keeping purposes.
-Social Services-
-This branch will report to the Vice President. Any changes or requests need to go to him.
-Two articles per week regarding any announcements, promoting the forums, and what programs we have running. I intend to set up an Org for it. We will keep any National companies in this Org for our Minister to run. Underministers will not have access to the Org.
-Come up with new programs and recruitment tools for increasing our population. Use Mexican forums, tutorials, promote forums, etc to get new citizens, and keep them. Help them understand how to use Erepublik, and how to help us build Mexico.
-Any and all MXN expenditures need to be requested through the VP. Any and all MXN expenses need to be recorded and submitted to the OBM Org for record keeping purposes.
-Continually develop things to improve our society (open ended).
-Ministry of Economics-
-This Ministry reports to the President.
-Domestic affairs, identify needs in our marketplace, including Raw Materials, and other products.
-Foreign Affairs, identify companies in other countries that could provide us with the RM necessary to be successful. While we should look at our allied countries (due to war embargo) first, we shall remain open to any country that would like to trade in Mexico. Dealing with specific companies is much easier than entire countries.
-Any and all requets for Gold or MXN for any reason need to be directed at the President, and all expenses reported to the OBM for record keeping purposes.
I hope this clears up a bit what I expect from you, and hope that you'll embrace these basic concepts and really take them above and beyond what I've laid out. I intend to be a penny pincher, so to speak with money (as to build our treasury), and train our military for future success.
