This is one of the best investments you can make
The climbing center cost 100 usd to build. It does not require a free land spot. So you only need 100 usd. The training cost is 0.19 gold. Meaning you pay 0.19 gold a day to get 2.5 str. Now that isn't a lot, but it adds up. Compared to the other training buildings this is the most you can get out of your money.

On average if you work and train everyday for 100 days you should get 30 gold from medals. Use 19 of that gold to gain 250 str.

What kind of verification do you mean? That's pretty simple maths.
500 strength with basic training (550 with NE bonus and more with friends) + 250 Climbing Centre - that's 3 SS medals, and 3 ( 3.33˙) HW medals for working every day.

It takes 1 land spot but it doesnt cost anything trust me I have one I bought it with no land spots free and it just appeared there
Yes mine only cost 100. I didn't have or buy any extra land. I bought mine because I figured that it would cost 5.7 gold every 30 days and that it was sustainable if I get a HW and a SS every 30 days.
