Ok as i see now, 80% of our congress is at others hands.(from others countries)..we need to use strategy to win this.
As for SRP, we focus our votes on:

u need to have at least 8 votes to get to officials

chez need 4 and ice need 4

when chez is has already 8 votes , put 1 vote on william , than put 4 on ice...put 1 more on woshi.

this will rise the min vote to official to 8. but local parties will have 4 seats.
