Stepping down

Greetings eNetherlands, I would like your attention

As you may or may not know, I have officially stepped down from my ministry, or at least, switched with SpirTus.

I have some urgent issues in real life, and it just takes precedence over eRepublik, I can't find joy in what I am doing right now. I know I have disappeared sporadically in the past without informing anybody, and they were all lame reasons, but now its legit. I will sporadically write stuff for the lawbook, but until I feel well enough again or the issues are solved, I am postponing my leading position in this task.
