Stay proud, Singapore!

Day 1,354, 14:27 Published in Singapore Singapore by The Press Room

As in previous month's final presidential article,
I invite you to enjoy some suitable music while reading.

Greetings!

It would be proper time to count this term's achievements but this time I'll do things a bit differently.
I'll let you decide if I kept or not my promises and how much of the ministerial agenda has been accomplished.

All I say is that the peace terms with Malaysia have been respected to the very end. The compensations of war consisted in a total of 30,000 SGD payed by the Malaysian government, plus some additional bonuses. Not to mention this month's Malaysian congress has been dissolved.

History
It has the flaw to be driven by time.

No one knows what Richard the Lionheart felt when besieging a Jerusalem held by Saladin nor what Attila was told by Pope Leo I at the gates of Rome.
Much like in RL and erep alike, all that history remembers are names and facts, while people's memory is more subjective than irrelevant.

I thought I'd have a nice cozy term in Singapore but fate's randomness chosen me for another medley month, to lead our country into a real war.
I guess it really takes to have a 3-letters name (ABC, BAS) to experience something like this, huh 🙂

It's been a demandable and thrilling term for me but in one word,
it's been a pleasure to serve Singapore. I'm honored and lucky having you under my command/administration and I hope your feelings are alike.

So I'll give history only the names that made our victory to happen. The list goes like this:
Thanks to government members (in any order: Thedark ace, logan Dunleavy, Alexandru Homana, alimilano, CarballoCQ, iwalkalone, Madalin Mastertrap, DaroslaV, Ankor Jael, ivan europe, Sean.L, Rambo Gallagher, Flavio Net) and all the rest of the congress members from both congressional terms, some former presidents (Relorian, American Border Collie, Johnnie Danger, Parrington, scottty), some other citizens (Starac, koosunami88😎, all the blockers who ran for congress and party elections, reasonable malaysians (TeMing, Dr. Straatman, nicholas2000 and their CP who made all this possible), foreign military units from Romania, South Korea, Spain, Croatia, Israel, the mercenaries who fought on #eSAF, our Asian friends along with all other foreign friends and representatives who helped us during the war, the awesome Cromanian ally and last but not least, the soldiers from eSAF.

Although Singapore is the only country with a single core region, it will always stay on the map.

To end this article with another gala celebration, I'll hand my second Seal of Awesomness to a guy whose contribution to this country is undoubte😛 scottty.

That being said, I wish good luck to my next successor, may his reign be prosperous.
Stay safe, stay alert and stay proud, Singapore!

Ad victoriam o/

Bogdan Armand Sibrand,
President of eSingapore.
