Another edition of “La Tinta de Fenoglioteam”, now with new banners. Thanks Puji Raymond Ortiz and Eraclev for them. I hope you like them as much as me.

Today topic is state media, you know, articles published by the goverment. I would have liked to have all CPs answers, but “only” 32 answered me. It´s not whole erepublik, but it´s a good amount to analise our reality.

Thanks ImortalYuz (Armenia), Nightwolf123 (eBosnia and Herzegovina), yigitoglu ( Cyprus), TijanaR (Montenegro), BojanKostic (UAE), I-G-D (Saudi Arabia), TheJuliusCaesar (Finland), capoqwer (Austria), Otis84 (Germany) boskesurr (Chile), Dark RanGer (Iran) ,Duque de Santangelo (Spain), MartinSkull, (Japan), mungos032 (Switzerland) Astolfex (Argentina), Beauty Beth (Filipinas), Eraclev/Demon War (India), Rylde (Canada), Don Care Leone (Indonesia), Jascha Stark (Israel), seoul city (South Korea) ,Yakimotoz (Russia), Antimo Vero (Italy), Champ is here (Egypt), Israel Stevens (USA), Eesti Mees (Estonia), E L P A P U (Paraguay), Cihan (Turkey), Ushlau (Danish), Shawtyl0w (Netherlands), Marchao (Cuba) and Lalo292 (Mexico).

In the survey I sent there were 2 important questions and an optional one. Let´s go with the first one.

How many articles did your government published last month?

A simple question with a simple answer. Some numbers may not be competely exact because they are based on approximations

How do you think the communication between the government and the population was?

Now a little comparison about the number of articles and the opinion

Interesting opinions.

The optional question was about the opinion the interviewed had about state media. About a half part of them answered and I would like to share some. I will respect the original language of every answer.

“In my country there is no overactivity. 11 articles in my country are about too much for our situation. Average is betwen 7 - 10 articles.” Nightwolf123 (eBosnia and Herzegovina).

“We have few active player, and we are in circular message. That's how we play” TijanaR (Montenegro).

“Majority of articles published were bi-daily fighting orders, but they always included recent happenings. Along those, we published multiple article-articles too. In overall the term was really active.” TheJuliusCaesar (Finland).

“ capoqwer (Austria)

“Game system should make a new menu for Gov notification (newspaper or other means). current article system, Gov article dissapear in 2 days. so it is hard to notify to citizens” seoul city (South Korea).

“Gotta have media. Gotta educate these fucking peasants. Otherwise they do all the wrong shit.” Israel Stevens (USA).

“I believe state media is very important in this game. The community is shrinking and in order to keep the active players interested they have to be involved in the game. The decisions made by the government should be transparent and communicated in case this is possible. During my term some sensitive choices had to be made which for the future of the country, didn't allow me to involve the entire community. Not sharing this information until the plans were executed is why I rated this months communication as Normal.” Shawtyl0w (Netherlands).

“State media is very important to communicate with the people and also entertain them. o/” Marchao (Cuba).

Fenoglioteam´s conclusions

As everyone can see in this article, despite some other ways of communicating such as what TijanaR says about Montenegro an mmps, vast majority of us liked state media. Mmps are great, specially in little countries and should be used but some state article help to make the “activity impression” erepublik needs nowadays. There are few “state-writers” but we should encourage them to continue with their work or start doing state bulletins.

Also, I have really liked Seoul City´s idea. Maybe creating and special category for this kind of media is the solution? I hope that this feature will be added. Maybe is time to send a ticket about it....
Thanks everyone for reading this article. Sorry for my poor english.

If you have liked it a shout would be really appreciated.

Muchas gracias por responder ImortalYuz (Armenia), Nightwolf123 (eBosnia and Herzegovina), yigitoglu (Cyprus), TijanaR (Montenegro), BojanKostic (UAE), I-G-D (Saudi Arabia), TheJuliusCaesar (Finland), capoqwer (Austria), Otis84 (Germany) boskesurr (Chile), Dark RanGer (Iran) ,Duque de Santangelo (Spain), MartinSkull, (Japan), mungos032 (Switzerland) Astolfex (Argentina), Beauty Beth (Filipinas), Eraclev/Demon War (India), Rylde (Canada), Don Care Leone (Indonesia), Jascha Stark (Israel), seoul city (South Korea) ,Yakimotoz (Russia), Antimo Vero (Italy), Champ is here (Egypt), Israel Stevens (USA), Eesti Mees (Estonia), E L P A P U (Paraguay), Cihan (Turkey), Ushlau (Danish), Shawtyl0w (Netherlands), Marchao (Cuba) and Lalo292 (Mexico).

“In my country there is no overactivity. 11 articles in my country are about too much for our situation. Average is betwen 7 - 10 articles.” Nightwolf123 (eBosnia and Herzegovina).
