For launch social reform, some congressman should propose citizen fee about 5 CZK. I will make change new citizen message and give 10 CZK for members of forum after it (who are active citizens) and take care to giving CZK to new members. This will lower inflation and hopefully raise activity.

Hello, because proposal looks good, I have proposed citizen message and sent 10 CZK to registered citizens who work. Any new members of forum will be checked if they are newbies to get 25 CZK.

This is a very good idea, but I don´t think there´s much point in sending the money to high-level citizens such as me. 10 CZK is nearly nothing to me and there are people who need them more. I´ve returned 10 CZK to CNB, give the money to newbies.
